Pulse: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pulse application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pulse provides tools and services designed to integrate with accounting and CRM tools. The App allows users to combine data from different sources to provide a management overview of an agency’s finances.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of any API keys and account credentials.
  • all activities that occur under your account.
  • ensuring that your use of the App complies with any other system’s Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thrive Organisational Consulting Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Thrive Organisational Consulting Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
